Lmao! I really don't understand the fashion statement Nollywood actress Halimah Abubakar, has been trying to make for some time now. I mean how can you tie your neck up like this all in the name of Fashion?

What I don't get is, is that how she's going to carry her head all day? *Na wa for punishment *
