Photos: Celebrities Join The Future Awards Africa #StopEbola Fund Campaign .



The Future Awards Africa is galvanising 1 million young Africans to donate social media updates and a minimum of $25 to the United Nations' Ebola Response Fund between now and the 7th of December, 2014.
