Mr and Mrs Carter joined in the Halloween fun. They were both pictured out in their Halloween costumes, as the went out to party with friends. Queen Bey dressed as the famous Mexican painter Frida Kahlo, while Jay-Z dressed as popular black artist Jean-Michel Basquiat.
