Really some people have time sha! So before Gen. Buhari won the March 28th presidential election, singer Dammy Krane promised a fan he would cut off his dreadlocks, if Buhari wins. Of course Buhari won, and Dammy kept his promise.
Lol! Who did he do a favour? His fan, Buhari or himself? Because he actually looks like he can breath properly now without that thing on his head.
