EDO State governor Adams Oshiomole has submitted a letter of intent to run for the office of president in next year's elections to the national leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a development that opens up the APC presidential race further, Governor Oshiomole joins a list of heavyweight candidates that includes former head of state General Muhammadu Buhari, ex-vice president Atiku Abubakar and Kano State governor Rabiu Kwankwaso. Governor Oshiomole has backed up his bid with the opening of campaign offices in Abuja and Benin and the setting up of organising committees.
Interesting. This is where APC's probs gonna start from. PDP has a sole candidate thereby making primaries irrelevant. But APC with four nw n I knw more would come up. After primaries, most followers would defect back to PDP.
