LMAO!!! Edo People, Can You Relate With This? (Photo)



Lol! I don't understand what's happening with this picture. I saw it on twitter, and every body said 'Edo people'.

Do we really do this? For what occasion? Is it something like a traditional wedding decoration for the bride's car? Lol! Someone please explain to me o, because I haven't seen this before.
