Nigerian Lady Gaga: Tonto Dikeh Gets New Neck Tattoo.


Just as Lady Gaga is known for her many tattoos, Tonto Dikeh can be likened to that too.

The Duchess of DB records, showed off her new neck tattoo similar to that of Rihanna, in a new photo collage.



She looks so pretty and happy in these photos. :D
