According to CNN Breaking News, a man shot his 6 grandchildren, his daughter and himself to death in Florida. The police however has made a statement, that the gun used for this crime was illegal.
"Don Spirit, 51, killed his daughter, Sarah Spirit, 28, and her three sons and three daughters at a home in Bell Thursday afternoon before shooting himself", Gilchrist County sheriff's officials said.
Don spirit is said to have been a convicted felon, and wasn't suppose to be in possession of the gun he used in committing this act.
"The children killed by Don spirit, ranged in ages from 3 months to 11 years", Gilchrist County Sheriff Robert Schultz added.
