Parents/ Adults, Do You Consider This As Child Abuse? (Photo)



MTO is asking to know if this can be considered as child abuse. A mother puts such heavy weavon on a child's head that is barely 10years old.

As a parent or an adult, do you think this is right?

    Lol...u mean d hair ba?? All dese peeps dat are not allowing dier children enjoy wat childhood really is, makin dem evolve into young adults, I wonder y d rush though??
