A Nigerian stabs a Ghanaian over football match

   
        An angry Nigerian named Sunday Usman, stabbed a Ghanaian man on Monday night for supporting Iran. Narrating the incidence was an eyewitness who said while they were viewing the match between Iran and Nigeria in ilason area in Lagos state, the attacked man named Koffi was showering praises on the Iranians and mentioned his desire for Iran to gain victory over Nigeria.

        However, Sunday Usman gave Koffi a warning, thereby threatening to deal with him if he doesn't stop making him more angry with his utterances. The eyewitness said that when Koffi refused to stop, Usman who was drunk went out of the viewing centre and came back shortly with a cutlass. Other viewers ran for their lives, while Usman used the cutlass on Koffi's head. A group of witnesses came to Koffi's rescue by beating Usman to he fell down. Koffi was later rushed to the hospital.
